FLORAFAY Design Studio proudly offers local delivery throughout Orange County, California.

Delivery Windows
To ensure the freshest flowers and the smoothest experience, deliveries are made within a designated delivery window rather than at a specific time. While we do our best to accommodate timing requests, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Attempts
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may:

  • Leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded location when possible, or
  • Contact the recipient to coordinate delivery

FLORAFAY is not responsible for flowers once they have been successfully delivered to the provided address.

Accurate Information
Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout, including recipient name, address, and contact information. Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Special Locations
Deliveries to hospitals, businesses, apartments, or secured locations are subject to facility policies and access restrictions. We cannot guarantee delivery directly to a room or suite.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of flowers and plants, all sales are final and refunds are not offered.

That said, your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and description of the concern.

At our discretion, we may offer a store credit toward a future purchase to ensure you have a positive FLORAFAY experience.

Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made to maintain the overall look and quality of the design.

Variations in flower color, bloom stage, and seasonal availability are natural and expected.
